- Customers must provide accurate information regarding the issue, location, and service requirement.
- Kaacib reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in cases of misconduct, fraud, or misuse.
Booking & Payments
- All services must be booked through official Kaacib channels (app, website, helpline).
- Payments can be made online or in cash.
- Any additional work beyond the initial scope will be quoted and approved before proceeding.
Technician Conduct
- All Kaacib technicians follow strict professional and ethical standards.
- Customers are expected to treat technicians with respect. Any form of abuse or misconduct will result in service termination.
Warranty & Rework
- Most services are backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Terms may vary based on service type.
- Customers must report issues within the specified warranty window to be eligible for rework or refunds.
Liability
- Kaacib is not responsible for damages caused due to customer negligence or pre-existing issues.
- Our team will take all necessary precautions during service delivery. However, liability is limited to the service fee.
