Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with the service provided, you may be eligible for a refund under our 7-day policy.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- The technician did not complete the agreed service.
- The issue was not resolved as per the service request.
- You were charged incorrectly or service quality was unsatisfactory.
- A rework was offered but did not resolve the problem.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@kaacib.com or via our app within 7 days of the service.
- Provide your service ID, reason for dissatisfaction, and any relevant evidence (photos or videos).
Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank/mobile wallet transfer (for cash payments).
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You cancel the service after the technician has arrived.
- The technician completes the service but later damage occurs due to unrelated reasons.
- You decline the offered rework.
