Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Provide your service ID, reason for dissatisfaction, and any relevant evidence (photos or videos).
Refund Method & Timeline
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank/mobile wallet transfer (for cash payments).
Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You cancel the service after the technician has arrived.
  • The technician completes the service but later damage occurs due to unrelated reasons.
  • You decline the offered rework.
