Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project handovers, including site inspections, snagging, and documentation
  • Manage travel ticketing and hotel/transport arrangements
  • Coordinate UPS delivery and repairs
  • Handle local vendor management and invoice processing
  • Manage access and ID card issuance
  • Support administrative and ad hoc operational requirements
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s) or higher qualification
  • 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Administration, or Project Operations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and learning mindset
Salary :

PKR 175,000 – PKR 200,000 Per month
