Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and oversee key operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project handovers, including site inspections, snagging, and documentation
- Manage travel ticketing and hotel/transport arrangements
- Coordinate UPS delivery and repairs
- Handle local vendor management and invoice processing
- Manage access and ID card issuance
- Support administrative and ad hoc operational requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s) or higher qualification
- 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Administration, or Project Operations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Flexible, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and learning mindset
Salary :
PKR 175,000 – PKR 200,000 Per month
