Job Description

The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy of the organization, ensuring profitability, managing contracts, pricing, sales coordination, and cost control. The role involves working closely with sales, finance, operations, and senior management to support business growth and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage pricing, costing, and profitability analysis.
  • Oversee contracts, negotiations, and vendor/customer agreements.
  •  Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare commercial reports for management decision-making.
  • Manage client relationships and resolve commercial issues.
  • Support tendering, bidding, and proposal processes.
