Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Sales & Revenue KPIs:-

  • New maximum revenue generated for ePO.
  • Number of new clients acquired for ePO.
  • Deal conversion rate (%).
  • Average deal size.
  • Sales pipeline value.

Client & Market KPIs:-

  • Client retention rate.
  • Customer satisfaction score.
  • Number of new markets or segments entered.
  • Strategic partnerships developed.
