Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate deals and close sales agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Sales & Revenue KPIs:-
- New maximum revenue generated for ePO.
- Number of new clients acquired for ePO.
- Deal conversion rate (%).
- Average deal size.
- Sales pipeline value.
Client & Market KPIs:-
- Client retention rate.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Number of new markets or segments entered.
- Strategic partnerships developed.
